    Master Law Tutors is a bespoke law tutoring service offering one-to-one and online sessions. We specialize in exam preparation, legal writing, oral expression, research skills, essay support, and interview coaching.

  • Where are you based?
    We are located at 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom. However, all of courses are delivered online. 

  • Do you offer online tutoring?
    Yes, we provide both in-person at our premises (to certain groups) and online tutoring to all.

  • What subjects or skills do you cover?
    We focus on:

    • Exam preparation (including SQE1 and SQE2)

    • Oral expression and advocacy skills

  • Are your tutors qualified lawyers?
    Yes. All tutors are trained in-house, have professional legal experience, and are monitored by senior academic staff.

  • Do you provide group sessions?
    Yes, but we limit the size of groups to a maximum of 4 students in order to preserve the benefits of our highly personalized approach.

  • Do you offer trial sessions?
    No, we are confident in the quality of our service. In the rare event that you should not be satisfied, we will refund you provided that you inform us immediately after the initial session.

  • What if I fail my exams?
    We'll allow you to resit at a 75% discount for one sitting only.

  • Can you help me prepare for law firm interviews?
    Yes, we specialize in preparing you for law firm interviews. Our coaching includes mock interviews, personalized feedback, and strategies to help you stand out and succeed.

  • How does online tutoring compare to in-person sessions?
    Online tutoring offers flexibility and convenience, letting you learn from anywhere, while in-person sessions provide a traditional, face-to-face experience. Both ensure you receive expert, personalized guidance tailored to your needs.

  • How is your teaching different from other agencies?
    We are not an agency. Our tutors use unique teaching methods developed in-house, focusing on applying legal skills rather than just memorizing content. We've developed a style of tutoring that's highly personalised to suit each individual client. That is, allowing you to work and develop at your own pace with continuous, personal feedback.

  • What makes your tutoring effective?
    Our tutoring system is designed to offer constant support and mentoring, ensuring you never feel lost in your studies. We emphasize skill application, logical study methods, and confidence-building. This ensures students achieve better grades and long-term success. 

  • Do you offer help with law exam preparation strategies?
    Yes, we specialize in helping you develop effective study techniques, manage your time efficiently, and understand key legal concepts to excel in your exams.

  • Why should I not use an AI app instead of a tutor?
    AI can’t replace personal feedback from professionals. Our tutors guide you through AI-generated questions, helping you perfect your legal analysis for exams success.
     

Registration & Pricing

  • How do I register for tutoring?
    We would like to discuss your tuition personally with you before you decide to be booked in for tuition, as this will allow us to see what's happening for you and your work. We can also explain how we will work with you. It allows you the opportunity to make an informed decision to be tutored by us. You cannot be admitted for tuition here before we’ve had a brief discussion (as described above).
    Once you've made the decision to get started with your tuition then you should act fairly swiftly as it becomes oversubscribed with waiting lists for tuition.
    You can go to our website and click on "Register" (for general tutoring)/ "Register" (for SQE1/SQE2 prep courses). Fill in and return your registration form (in detail please). This registers you with Admin who will then send your timetable and an invoice to settle to the company's account. 

  • What are your fees?
    Pricing details are available on the “Pricing” page of our website. Fees vary depending on the type of tutoring and duration. Payment by instalments can always be arranged and should be discussed prior to registration​
